Provides acute care and treats chronic diseases. Some medications are provided. Children can be seen Tues morning. Dental care for adults only.

Eligibility:Ages 3-64
No health insurance, Resident of Hospital tax district, family income at or below 150% of federal poverty level, Interview to determine eligibility. Federal tax return. Current check stubs. Bank statements. Photo ID.
Hours: Mon-Thu 8am-5pm (closed for lunch 12noon-1pm), Fri 8am-12noon
